Introduction

DABswap is the Dabcat Ecosystem's Decentralized Exchange (DEX). Swap popular assets on the Base Blockchain without complex routes or multiple steps. Deposit tokens for trading in liquidity pools to yield passive rewards for providing liquidity to the network and enabling seamless trading. Liquidity Pools

DABswap's liquidity pools allow users to provide liquidity, and in exchange, they receive DLP tokens (DABswap Liquidity Provider tokens) as proof of their contribution. For example, when a user deposits $DABCAT and $ETH into a pool, they receive DABCAT-ETH LP tokens. When liquidity is added to a pool, liquidity tokens are minted and forwarded to the provider's address, which tokens represent the particular contribution of a liquidity provider to that pool.

Yield Rewards for Providing Liquidity

Provide liquidity to the DABswap Decentralized Exchange (DEX). Users can provide Bluechips and other cryptocurrencies like USDC or ETH and in return, inflated rewards will be given in the form of USDC or ETH and $DABCAT Tokens. Pools like DABCAT/ETH or DABCAT/USDC will be the most popular pools. The more $DABCAT Tokens you hold, the more inflated $DABCAT Tokens you will receive, on top of a portion of the revenue from standard swapping fees generated by DABswap, for providing liquidity. Offering incentives for providing liquidity encourages long term users thus strengthening the network and ensuring robust liquidity and overall health of the tokenomics.
